These Terms govern your purchase and use of custom email signature design services from SignatureCraft ("we," "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and delivery

After purchase, you'll submit your brand details through our Order Form. Signatures are typically delivered within a few business days of receiving complete information. Delays in providing assets or details will delay delivery.

Edits and re-downloads

Every Signature License includes unlimited edits and unlimited re-downloads for that person's signature. Return to the editor any time to update details and export again at no additional cost.

Refunds

Because each signature is custom-built, one-time purchases are refundable only before design work has begun. Contact us if you believe your order was not delivered as described.

One-time pricing

All plans are a one-time purchase with lifetime access. There is no subscription or recurring fee. Each plan grants a fixed number of Signature Licenses; additional licenses can be purchased at any time by upgrading to a larger plan.

Acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information, logos, and links you provide. We reserve the right to decline orders that request misleading, unlawful, or trademark-infringing content.
