What we collect

Order details you submit (name, business name, job title, contact info, links, and preferences), the logo, photo, and brand assets you upload, and standard payment information processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details directly.

How we use it

Solely to design, deliver, host, and support your email signature. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Hosted assets

Logos, photos, and animated images you provide are hosted on secure third-party image infrastructure so your signature loads reliably in email clients. These assets remain associated with your order.

Data retention

We retain order and signature data for as long as needed to deliver and support your signature and your purchased Signature Licenses. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
